Frequently Asked Questions for Hook Race Unit, Janome #846653000 ONPROMO eXpressive 940 (EL940)
What should I check before asking to combine separate orders?
Do not assume the request creates one new order automatically. Review any revised summary before accepting changes to the arrangement.
What should I check if a familiar product has a new name or version?
Consider whether the updated offering still meets your original purpose. Decide from confirmed differences rather than treating newness as proof of suitability.
What should I expect when contacting support outside its published hours?
Check whether a separate urgent channel is actually provided. Keep follow-up messages attached to the same case when possible.
