Frequently Asked Questions for Fizik Argo R1 Tempo Variation:Fizik, Argo R1 Tempo, Saddle, 260 x 150 mm, 200 g, Black Corps en aluminium forgé à 10 mm chain
How can I request another review of an unresolved support issue?
Do not change the requested outcome without explaining the change. Focus the request on the specific unresolved issue and relevant evidence.
What should I clarify if I need more time to decide on an offer?
Ask whether a fresh offer can be requested after expiry. Avoid sending repeated extension requests through several channels at once.
How can I check whether an order-related message is genuine?
Check whether its product details and order reference match your records. A correct product name alone does not prove that every instruction in the message is legitimate.
